The Trailhead, a 40-acre mixed-use development located at 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road, has been honored as the Retail Project of the Year by the Arizona chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Inspired by the area’s trail system, The Trailhead was one of the standout winners in 36 categories at the “Best of NAIOP” awards, often considered the Academy Awards of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry.

Developed by The Pederson Group, in partnership with project architect Butler Design Group and contractor Campbell Development, the $100+ million project broke ground last year.
