Robert and Tami Drozt Bring Nation’s Largest Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza Chain
To Hayden Road and Thompson Peak Parkway Retail Center in Northeast Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE – Papa Murphy’s, the United States’ largest take ‘n’ bake pizza chain, has announced it will open its newest Arizona franchised-owned outlet early this summer at Hayden Peak Crossing, located at the southeast corner of Hayden Road and Thompson Peak Parkway just north of the 101 Freeway.

“After years of research,” Robert Drozt said, “Tami and I discovered that Papa Murphy’s combines a formula of quality food, high service standards and a proven track record that will serve us well as we embark on this exciting business venture. It is our hope to combine our entrepreneurial skills to open additional stores throughout the greater Phoenix area in the near future.”

Hayden Peak Crossing is the “perfect location for our first restaurant,” Drozt said, “because of its family orientation and its diversified mix of tenants that appeal to the residents of northeast Scottsdale. We feel the Papa Murphy’s product offering will make a great addition to other retail outlets located within the center.”

Drozt said the Hayden Peak location will feature Papa Murphy’s “create model” that focuses on complete transparency and personalization of each pizza. The open layout allows each customer to view the entire pizza building process, beginning with the scratch-made dough preparation area, the addition of fresh, hand-chopped vegetable toppings, and the freshly-grated 100% whole-milk mozzarella cheese. A digital menu board display will enhance the guest experience and provide a resource for local messaging.

Occupying 1,323 square feet, the new Papa Murphy’s will join a growing roster of sit-down and fast-casual restaurants at Hayden Peak Crossing, including Local Bistro, Pure Sushi, Tavern Americana, The Good Egg, Juan Jaime’s Tacos and Tequila, Kale and Clover, nékter Juice Bar and Starbuck’s.
