Holistic Pet Center Now Open at Northeast Corner of 39th Avenue, Happy Valley Road

PHOENIX – Officials of The Pederson Group today announced the grand opening of the Valley’s second See Spot Shop store at Stetson Village Shopping located at the northeast corner of 39th Avenue and Happy Valley Road in northwest Phoenix.

Owned and operated by Eileen Urbanowski, See Spot Shop is a full-service holistic pet center that provides one-stop shopping for a wide variety of pet products and services, including high-quality pet food, treats and supplements. The new 1,566-square-foot store offers northwest Valley residents a broad selection of unique merchandise, including collars, beds, clothing, toys and grooming supplies.

Urbanowski said the new store also provides grooming services and a series of veterinarian-supervised anesthesia-free teeth cleaning clinics.

The Valley’s first See Spot Shop location has been operating at the Summit Shopping Center in northeast Scottsdale since 2005.

Center Located at 39th Avenue and Happy Valley Road Almost Totally Occupied Despite Challenging Retail Environment

PEORIA – While some of the Valley’s neighborhood retail shopping centers continue to struggle in the face of a challenging economic environment, a northwest valley development continues to thrive and expand its tenant mix with the recent start of construction of a new 5,000-square-foot building with drive-thru that will accommodate a new Starbuck’s and a new locally-owned sports bar concept.

Stetson Village, located at the northeast corner of 39th Avenue and Happy Valley Road, has emerged as one of the northwest Valley’s most vibrant shopping centers since it opened nearly four years ago with a diverse array of national and local retailers.

Chris Gerardo, vice president of leasing for The Pederson Group, developers of the 144,360-square-foot center, announced that construction has been started on a new building specifically designed to accommodate a 1,600-square-foot Starbuck’s and a new sports bar and restaurant concept — Glory Days Sports Grill.

Fall Opening Expected for Newest Addition to Center at 39th Avenue and Happy Valley Road

PHOENIX – One of the Valley’s newest and most popular restaurant concepts has announced plans for its fifth Valley location at Stetson Village Shopping Center in northwest Phoenix.

Tom Kaufman, Patrick King, Rich Sullivan, David Dabruzzi, Tim Valencia and Tony Eden, managing partners of Phoenix-based Humble Pie, announced they will open their fifth Valley location “sometime this fall” at the center located at the northeast corner of 39th Avenue and Happy Valley Road.

Humble Pie – founded almost five years ago – features an eclectic menu with a medley of savory starters, delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and desserts, Diners also can enjoy an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails. The polished, yet unpretentious environment and high-quality dishes have earned Humble Pie a reputation as a neighborhood favorite at their first four Valley restaurants located at Hilton Village and Kierland Village in Scottsdale, Desert Ridge on Tatum Boulevard north of the 101, and in central Phoenix on Seventh Street just south of Thomas Road.
