INEX Creative Floors, Gary’s Barbershop Will Be Newest Tenants at Safeway-Anchored Center Located in Frank Lloyd Wright and Via Linda in Northeast Scottsdale
SCOTTSDALE – Inex Creative Floors, Inc. and Gary’s Barbershop have announced they will be opening for business later this summer at Ancala Village Shopping Center, according to officials of The Pederson Group, manager and developer of the 175,000-square-foot shopping center located at the southwest corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Via Linda in north Scottsdale.
Owned and operated by partners Halil Hodzic and Almir Mujagic, Inex Creative Floors is a full-service flooring company providing high-quality installation of a wide variety of interior and exterior floors. The company specializes in the installation and upgrading of many surfaces, including floors and walls, showers and turnarounds, kitchen backsplashes, barbecue and pool areas, fireplaces and countertops, utilizing a spectrum of materials ranging from natural stone and hardwood floors to ceramic and porcelain tile, and a large selection of modern and unique tile and wood lines.
According to Hodzic, Inex Creative Floors will “provide Scottsdale residents with an opportunity to choose the right flooring for a variety of living spaces in a creative, reliable and affordable manner. It is our intention to become a community resource for interior and exterior flooring, with an in-house designer providing professional expertise to help our customers achieve solutions to their interior or exterior flooring needs.”
Hodzic said he expects the new Ancala Village location to be open by the end of September.
