Orange County-Based Franchise Announces Planned February Opening at Northeast Scottsdale Shopping Center
SCOTTSDALE – nékter Juice Bar, one of the southwest United States’ most unique fast-casual restaurant concepts, has announced it will open its sixth Valley location early in 2015 at Hayden Peak Crossing at the southeast corner of Hayden Road and Thompson Peak Parkway just north of the 101 Freeway.
nékter Juice Bar is a privately-owned company founded in Orange County, Calif. in 2010 by Steve and Alexis Schulze . nékter is at the forefront of the juicing revolution that is hitting America with a healthy array of cold-pressed juices, smoothies and acai bowls. The company continues to grow, expanding its reach throughout the United States with “juiceries” in Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada, as well as southern and northern California. . nékter’s product line will soon expand with the addition of new food and drink menu items featuring farm fresh salads and cold-pressed coffees, as well as a new app allowing guests to order and pay for their favorite nékter items in advance.
nékter currently has juice bars open in Phoenix, Scottsdale (2), Gilbert and Chandler.

Occupying 1,115 square feet, nékter joins a growing roster of sit-down and fast-casual restaurants at Hayden Peak Crossing, including Local Bistro, Pure Sushi, Tavern Americana, The Good Egg, Juan Jaime’s Tacos and Tequila and Starbuck’s.
