PHOENIX – Russell Cellular, a Battlefield, Missouri-based company, has announced it will open its first Phoenix-area retail store this coming fall at The Stetson Village Shopping Center located at the northeast corner of 39th Avenue and Happy Valley Road in northwest Phoenix.
