Co-Owners Jay Levine and Philip Hantel to Provide Northwest Valley Residents with High-Quality Cycling Products, Exceptional Customer Service
PHOENIX – The Stetson Village Shopping Center in northwest Phoenix is now home to Sonoran Cycles, according to co-owners Jay Levine and Phllip Hantel and officials of The Pederson Group, developers of the center located at the northeast corner of 39th Avenue and Happy Valley Road in northwest Phoenix.
According to Levine and Hantel, the 1,234-square-foot store “provides incredible customer service in a professional, family-friendly atmosphere and carries a number of top brand and models appealing to the beginning cyclist as well as the avid racer.”
In addition to carrying a full line of new bicycles, Sonoran Cycles also provides top-quality bicycle service. “While other bike shops keep customers’ bikes for several days before even starting repairs, we offer our customers service appointments providing same-day service,” Levine said. We also offer loaner bikes and suspension parts to customers whose bikes need to be sent out for service or warranty work.”
James R. Pederson, vice president of leasing for The Pederson Group, developers of Stetson Village, said, “Jay Levine and Phillip Hantel have been in the retail bicycle industry for more than seven years, and have been building and racing bikes since their youth. Their combination of business expertise and a cycling background will provide bicycle enthusiasts with quality products, top-notch service and an unparalleled customer experience. We believe residents of the trade area will find Sonoran Cycles to be a welcome addition to our Stetson Village tenant mix.”
Stetson Village, which opened in November, 2008, incorporates an upscale design incorporating natural desert stones, stone tile, and a series of restaurant patios, upscale landscaping and a tree-lined entrance. Anchored by a 57,860-square-foot Safeway Store – the 144,360-square-foot center is located in close proximity to some of the northwest area’s newest upscale residential developments, including Stetson Hills, a master-planned community anticipated to have approximately 4,000 new homes.
